Recipe
- 2 cans canned Salmon
- 1/ 2 cups italian style seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 chopped Scallions
- 1/ 2 cups chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoons Hemp Seeds
- 1 cups chopped Fresh Spinach
- 1 teaspoons Salt/Pepper
- 1 tablespoons Olive Oil (for cooking)
Method
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients (except for olive oil) into a medium sized bowl.
Step 2
Scoop out the mixture with your hands into a palm-sized patty. Make into any thickness you prefer!
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat with olive oil.
Step 4
Cook patties until golden on both sides (about 2 minutes per side).
Step 5
And done! Enjoy with a salad or on its own.
