Give make-ahead overnight oats a try this week. Just put together a base of rolled oats, milk of choice and extras like chia seeds, fruit puree, nuts and spices in a mason jar stir and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning you'll have creamy oats that you can grab and go!
