ingredients
- 12 Annie's Saltine Classic Crackers
- 12 Annie's Cheddar Classic Crackers
- 9 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 9 tablespoons thinly chopped onions, bell peppers, broccoli or pineapple
- 9 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- garlic salt, to taste
Method
Step 1
Turn on broiler in oven or toaster oven.
Step 2
Place crackers on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Dividing evenly, top crackers with sauce, veggies, pineapple, and cheese.
Step 4
Sprinkle garlic powder over crackers.
Step 5
Broil until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
