ingredients
- 1 cups fresh rice
- 2 cups fresh water
Method
Step 1
Pour 1 cup of fresh rice in the pot and let it sit for a minute
Step 2
Pour 2 cups of water on the rice and stir, after the water boils cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, turn off the fire, open the pot and stir making sure the rice is soft and not burned and no visible water is in the pot. Place the cover again and let it sit for 10 minutes again.
