ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Spices of choice (ie garlic powder, paprika, oregano)
- Everything but the bagel seasoning, optional, for topping
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the oats, cottage cheese, water, baking powder, salt, and spices. Mix until it forms a dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into six equal parts, each weighing approximately 90 grams.
Step 3
If using, coat the buns with the everything but the bagel seasoning.
Step 4
Bake at 350F (180C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
