ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoons chili paste
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 cups broccoli florets
  • 6 baby bok choy
  • 1/2 block firm tofu
  • 2 serving yakisoba noodles
  • 2 servings miso sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Drain excess liquid off the firm tofu block, cut them into traingles, air-fry @400F for 10 mins. (I have used half block)

  • Step 2

    In a wok heat oil, add chili paste, garlic, saute for 2-3 mins

  • Step 3

    To this add all veggies, saute for 2 mins, add noodles, water and loosen them up.

  • Step 4

    Add sauce, airfried tofu and stir fry for 2 mins. Top it with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
