Fruity Yogurt Rollups
Breakfast : Fruity yogurt rollups |
Yummy fruits , yoghurt, mint and nuts filled into rice paper rolls.

RECIPE:

I cut all my kids favorite fruits, anything you fancy ( pomegranate seeds, blueberries, mangoes, peaches, strawberries) , Mint leaves, toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds, yoghurt, dried fruits like cranberries and nuts like walnuts or cashews or almonds would do. I am sure ricotta cheese, nut butter, fruit jams all would taste good inside this too.

Just prepare some water on the side to soak the rice paper till it is soft . And we are all ready to go. The breakfast buffet has begun!

For indulgence, I think melted chocolate would be a great dip for the kids . If not I think yoghurt mixed with honey would be great.

Tip: The rice paper can be quite sticky. Best to cut the fruits into thin slices as chunky fruits will break the roll.

Lesson learnt : Not to put too much fruits as it will be very difficult to roll it up . It is such a great idea. Imagine having a party where the table is filled with all kinds of savory and sweet fillings where adults diy savory rice rolls and kids and adults too have a blast with sweet fruity rice rolls.

Adapted and inspired from @whatforbreakfast
