Grain-free Cinnamon Bread
freshly baked grain free bread with organic yoghurt, warm blueberries + coffee can only mean one thing... sunday
Makes 1 loaf:
200g ground almonds
50g ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch sea salt
3 tbsp water
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the water for 1 minute until they become foamy and light.
Pour in to the dry mix and stir well using a wooden spoon until all is nicely combined.
Transfer in to a lined loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
