A Note from Feedfeed
Wild garlic season brings immense joy - from foraging and washing to creating various dishes with its lighter flavor than traditional garlic. Commonly found in woodland between Feb and June, it's also known as ramsons and highly versatile. I've used it for pesto, scones, and gnocchi.

ingredients
- 100 grams wild garlic, washed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil as needed
- Pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Tear wild garlic into a blender.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper and olive oil and blitz until combined.
Step 3
Add to your favorite pasta, top with lemon zest, lemon juice and cheese of your choice and devour!
