  • 3 chia seeds
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine coconut yogurt, soy milk, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

    Pour the blended mixture into a bowl or jar. Stir in chia seeds until well combined.
