Can you think of a better way to celebrate? #BubblesForNow SPARKLING MARGARITA Ingredients: • 180mL Tequila • 90mL Cointreau • 90mL Freshly squeezed lemon juice • 4 cups ice • Sea salt, to serve • 1L Sparkling water Directions: Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water and place the selected cocktail glasses in the fridge. Combine the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and ice in a blender. Blend on and off until ice is crushed. Spread salt evenly on a flat surface and dip the rim of each glass. Fill glasses with margarita mix and serve. Tip: to help the salt stick to the edge of the glass, use lemon juice. Coat the rim before dipping into the salt. A rich red cocktail is perfect for two - just add candlelight. #BubblesForNow THE RUBY KISS Ingredients: For the Raspberry Juice: • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) • 1½ cups water For the Cocktail: • 80mL Raspberry juice • 80mL Raspberry liqueur • 150mL Vodka • Juice from ½ a lime • 100mL Sparkling water • Strawberries for garnish Directions: Carbonate 1 SodaStream bottle of cold water. To make the raspberry juice: Combine the frozen raspberries and 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a simmer, mashing the berries against the sides of the pain to release their juices. Strain into a bowl, scraping the seeds with a spatula in the strainer to extract all the juice. To make the Cocktail: In a shaker combine the raspberry juice, raspberry liqueur, vodka and lime juice over ice and shake a few times until ice cold. THE WINNING RING 🏆 Ingredients • 4 dashes of Grapefruit Bitters • 30mL Vodka • 30mL St. Germain elderflower liqueur • 100mL Sparkling water Directions For the salt: Colour the salt with food colouring, making sure to do each colour separately. Leave to dry for a couple of hours before adding it to the rim of the glasses. For the cocktail: Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Combine the bitters, vodka and elderflower liqueur with the sparkling water and serve cold. Tip: to compliment the grapefruit bitters, use a citrus fruit to moisten the rim of the glass.
Feeling floral? 🌺 Add a pinch of petals to your sparkling for an added hint of fun. #BubblesForNow THE SPARKLING PETAL Ingredients • 150mL Fresh grapefruit juice • 100mL Botanical gin (optional) • 1 Tbsp honey • 2 Tbsp edible flowers (available online) • 1L SodaStream Fruits Raspberry flavoured sparkling water Directions Prepare the flavoured water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Add a capful of SodaStream Fruits Raspberry flavoured sparkling water. Add grapefruit juice, gin, honey, and rose water to tumbler. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into glass and add ice. Top up with sparkling water & garnish with flowers. Tip: For an extra bit of garnish, freeze some rose petals in ice & add them to your drink! Going mad for mint! 🍃 #BubblesForNow Try this easy and refreshing sparkling recipe to start the weekend. THE MINT JULEP Ingredients • 1 tsp Powdered sugar • 1/4 cup Bourbon whiskey (optional) • Mint leaves • 100mL Sparkling Water Directions Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. In a highball glass gently muddle the mint, sugar and water. Fill the glass with cracked ice, add Bourbon and stir well until the glass is well frosted. Garnish with a mint sprig. Tip: try adding some peach & champagne for a sweet, modern twist!

These icy poles are a fresh treat - no matter what age you are! 😁 #BubblesForNow SPARKLING ICY POLES Ingredients: • Fresh fruit, cut into pieces (choose your favourites or go for bright colours) • Sparkling Water • Icy pole moulds Directions: Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Prepare the fruit and chop into small, cubed sized pieces. Fill the moulds half way with sparkling water, add fruit and top up. Seal molds and place in the freezer for a few hours, until completely frozen. Tip: allow these to sit on the bench for a few minutes to help with easy release out of the molds.

Sweeten the season and add this festive flavour to your cocktails. ? #BubblesForNow CHERRY FLORAL WATER Ingredients • Juice from 1 lemon • 350g Cherries • 240mL Gin (optional) • 2 tsp Edible flowers (or dried rose petals) • 1L Sparkling Water Directions: Prepare the sparkling water: Fizz 1 bottle of cold water. Slice all of the cherries in half and place all of the ingredients together in a jar or jug and leave to infuse overnight. Pour in to a nice glass & garnish with fresh cherries & ice. 3, 2, 1... HAPPY NEW YEAR! Celebrate your new year's eve with a new favourite! ??#BubblesForNow NYE LYCHEE Ingredients: For the syrup: • 1 cup lychees • ½ cup sugar • 1 ½ cups water For the cocktail: • 1 shot sake • 2 dashes orange bitters • Lychees • a basil leaf for garnish • 1L SodaStream Classics Tonic Sparkling Water Directions Place the lychees, sugar, and water in a small pot over medium heat. Bring liquid to a boil and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring gently until the liquid has reduced and become syrup like. Take a mixing glass (or a large glass), place some ice in and pour in ½ shot of the lychee simple syrup, 1 shot of sake and the 2 dashes of bitters. Swirl for 15 seconds (do not shake!). Strain and pour in the sake and lychee syrup mix into glasses and top up with a splash of SodaStream Classics Tonic Sparkling Water, and garnish with lychees & a basil leaf. Tip: unfiltered sake is sweeter, plus it's also easier to drink. ? *Sparklers are made of magic - don't try these at home!*

The big day is nearly here and after a busy month, it's time to pour yourself a cocktail and put your feet up! #BubblesForNow CHRISTMAS STAR Ingredients • 400mL Apple cider • 50mL Cranberry juice • 300mL Vodka • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice • 60mL Dry Champagne • A selection of cherries, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks and star anise to garnish • 1L Sparkling Water Directions Combine the cider, cranberry juice, vodka, lemon juice and champagne over ice. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water. Garnish with cherries, pomegranate seeds, star anise and a cinnamon stick. Tip: rim the edge of the glass with cinnamon for extra hint of spice!
