Zucchini Butter Spaghetti

This recipe highlights the best of summer produce and tosses it up with butter and pasta - yum! Grated zucchini is tossed cooked in melted with garlic, salt and pepper. Pasta, basil and parmesan are added to this zucchini butter and tossed until saucy and the pasta is completely coated. It's a quick and delicious dish to eat on it s own or with a side of meat.
