Preheat the oven to 180°c. Line 30cm tin with baking paper.
Separate eggs, beat egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat egg whites separately.
Add remining ingredients and very gently mix together.
Pour into the tin and bake for 30 min.
Whip the cream very lightly then add remaining ingredients and beat for a bit longer until it thickens. Spread over the cooled cake, sprinkle with coffee beans as a decoration and enjoy!
