Spirulina Smoothie Bowl I had quite some fun this morning decorating my smoothie bowl (Recipe inspiration comes from the fabulous Janine @nutsandblueberries) ? I just love geometric shapes. Did you know that your favorite geometric object can reveal your personality So, I like circles and the Internet says: "The Circle is a symbol of harmony. Those who choose this shape are interested in good interpersonal relations. The highest value for the circle is people and their well being" Talking of well-being ? It's day 3 of my raw vegan food challenge and I feel great. I don't have any cravings and I don't feel like I'm missing out on something. SUNFLOWER SEED TZATZIKI SANDWICH for when you feel the same and need a fast breakfast, lunch or dinner with lots of healthy protein The tzatziki is made from sunflower seeds, cucumber and dill. You can easily prepare this spread in advance and stock it in the fridge. I add smoked tofu and served it with a whole wheat bread . By the way, do you know Lyndsey @lyndsey_eden ? Sometimes I simply enjoy some good bread with 🐮 organic dairy cheese and sometimes I try out new food ideas like this. The world is soooo big and there are millions of food ideas we can explore 🌍. I'm thankful for my passion of food because it makes me feel happy every day. And I learned to enjoy the little things in life. HEALTHY PEANUT HEMP SNICKERS. I developed my own version with lots of hemp seeds to add healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Hemp seeds have a mild and nutty flavor. They are also a big protein source, as more than 25% of their total are from high-quality protein.
I have some time today to cook my aromatic Tofu Bolognese. Good news for all my cat lover!! My hubby caught the wild cat yesterday. After being in the animal hospital we try to resettle him to hubbys uncle's house. It's only one kilometer away, so if he don't like the house he will maybe come back to us. Keep fingers crossed he will stay.

Made a some jars of my NUTRITIOUS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE for my girls on the weekend. It's so easy to prepare, healthy and delicious. I'm happy to have the last day of the week to relax 4 days with my hubby and my cats. He will come back from Las Vegas tomorrow and we will fly to the Maldives in 3 weeks. Can't wait. We will travel to Africa next year because we like to make a real relaxing holiday this year. The Maldives island we will visit is only 600x700 meter, how cute is that? Have you been there before? You find also iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous in tofu. In the past I don't know how to prepare tofu in a right and delicious way. Carrot cake breakfast parfait. this sweet and creamy jar of raw buckwheat is studded with spices, carrots and fruit. It's basically a cake in a jar, that's healthy enough to have for breakfast. I've also added a tsp of my favourite citrusy vitamin C fuelled superfood, @organicburst baobab. It works really well with the carrot. I found a big bag of roasted peanuts for a £1, so immediately rushed home to make roasted peanut butter. I then mixed it with cinnamon and vanilla thanks to some nut butter inspo from lovely Janine @nutsandblueberries (thank you for introducing me to the mindfulness app too, love it). I am constantly inspired by this community! I'm very happy to finally have enough buckwheat in the house so have soaked a super big batch in celebration. I hope your week is going well, I do love a four day week! If only every week could be like this

It was a tropical breakfast for us, even though the temperature is positively frigid. I love overnight oats now. Soaking overnight renders them more digestible by reducing their acid content and they are extremely easy to prep! I topped half a cup of oats with a key lime smoothie layer, coconut yogurt, key lime juice and spinach, sweetened a bit with pears. I love the intense flavor of key lime juice, so this breakfast was memorable! Thank you to my wonderful friend Janine @nutsandblueberries featuring me this week. Hope everyone in a colder land is keeping warm today! People in warmer areas, I envy you!

He don't know he need to take more 😂. He said my requirements are too high 😜. We had a morning workout on the weekend and enjoyed this high protein breakfast with hemp protein, raw cacao and maca flavor from @boostyself Workout blend after our sports session 💪. The hit is to top this smoothie with crushed peanuts and sprinkle with raw cacao for extra taste. Here is my recipe: 🌿 500ml almond milk 🌿 2 frozen bananas 🌿 1 tbsp @boostyself Workout 🌿 3 tbsp peanut butter 🌿 pinch of salt 🌿 4 tbsp crashed peanuts, unsalted and 1 tbsp raw cacao for topping.

Hey lovely people, hope your #humpday was nice so far! I wanted to share our yummy dinner soup from yesterday - a Beetroot, Apple and ginger soup topped with oven roasted chickpeas and cress: and it's PINK! Original recipe is from my mum and I adapted it by adding some ginger and coconut milk. It's really a special taste with the earthy beetroot and sweet apple, not an every day soup but would work perfect as a starter for a special dinner (like thanksgiving or Christmas). I had the rest for lunch in the office and it was even better today! This would be my entry to lovely Janine @nutsandblueberries #nabsoupsandstews contest! (Funny thing lovely Francesca @the_golden_hour_ also entered a soup with roasted Chickpeas today - we think alike Dear). I wanted to put the recipe on the blog first, but I really need to redesign my homepage, I'm not so happy about how it is now (want to add a special recipe category) - so for now I stick with sharing recipes here until I find the time to redesign. STOP STRESS I read a big article in the newspaper about stress this morning. I'm sure everybody knows it and I'm sure lots of you get ill from too much trouble. In the past I run so fast, I jumped so high, I want so much. Never thought about my truly needs. I really don't had time to think. I reduced my tasks so rapidly this year that I'm only doing half of the things I did in the past. Crazy! And do you know what? I feel so good because relaxing is so much better than stress yourself with thousands things. You only need to accept you won't miss anything if you eliminate some tasks, friends, events. Be the one and go your own way, no matter what people think or say about you. Pictured is my Cashew Smoothie with Lemon. Edited with Lightroom and helpful tips from Dearna @tohercore. Oh, and look at this glass straw from @lieblingsglas, its so wonderful and avoid trash!

I talked to my hubby yesterday about my passion of food, my Blog, IG and he asked me what are my plans for the future. I decided to eliminate all plans and focus more on enjoyment and happiness 🌻. So I can't answer this question. I already found a Blog and IG routine and I try to avoid to many cooperations to reduce stress. Sure I don't work that hard than in the past but I feel right and good. I only like to share my passion, to learn from each other and I don't want to make a Blog business from my hobby. Sometimes it's better to stop and enjoy what you have instead of wanting more and more 😉. I dedicate this post to Marisa who's running a big family business, Blog and IG business as well! INGREDIENTS ✔️125g spelt flour ✔️100g wholemeal spelt flour ✔️ 1/2 tsp dried yeast ✔️pinch of coconut sugar and salt 🥗 FOR THE FILLING ✔️200g mixed salad ✔️2 onions ✔️150g Gorgonzola ✔️4tbsp Parmesan ✔️2tbsp pine nuts 🥗 . . INSTRUCTIONS ✔️ mix dough ingredients with 150ml warm water and set aside for 40 minutes ✔️fry onions and salad and season with salt and pepper ✔️roll out the dough out in an oil greased quiche form ✔️ add the filling (salad, Gorgonzola, Parmesan and pine nuts ✔️ bake on 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes 🥗 TADAAAAA ENJOY 😊. . 👆🏼 By the way. This is real deep cat love ❤️. . . First time I fried salad in a pan before eating it. But it turned out really good as you can see 👀. . . We simply fried some onions and salad, topped the (yeast dough) flat cake with this mixture and finished it with gorgonzola, parmesan and pine nuts 💪🏼. The grill season 🔥 just started and I’m super happy about my vegan and vegetarian grill variations. . . My absolutely favorite grill mix is grilled bread with self-made avocado dip 🥑 (thank you iPhone for the amazing avocado emoji 😍) or herbed butter, grilled cheese or marinated tofu as well as a raw vegan broccoli slaw 🥗. . . I got the idea from my lovely 👭 Traci @vanillaandbean to create my own broccoli slaw without raisins and with wholegrain penne. ☝️ By the way: Iron from broccoli (or other plant sources) is better absorbed when paired with vitamin C rich foods, like lemon 🍋. That’s the reason I used lemon in this salad as well. . . I posted this „dramatic burger pic” 3 month ago and told you my hubby was joking about it, he didn't understand why I used a knife 🔪 to show dramatic in this picture. I told him it’s a kind of "food porn". He can’t stop laughing 😂. Are you understand my point? I’m sure lots of food blogger know what I mean 👀. I was so proud to get this shot and he didn’t understand why (but want to eat it as soon as I allowed it 😂). I simply prepared beetroot patties, mixed Tzatziki and sliced avocado. Stapled all together on a whole meal toastie and felt like a burger god 🍔. Because I love this simple burger so much I decided to write the recipe down for the blog 📜. When I use this pan it's always a feeling of grill season. Lot of smoke in the house 😂. Can't wait to start to grill outside. Best time during the year! Some of you asked my how I baked my French Fries 🍟 yesterday (you see them in my stories). I simply brushed them with peanut oil 🥜 and baked them on 200C for 35 minutes. Have you ever used liquid smoke? 💨💦I tried it out yesterday and the burger 🍔 turned out really good.

How are you? How is your weekend so far? This CREAMY VANILLA CHIA pudding is the perfect breakfast to prepare in advance. It's topped with baked 🍌 and almond butter. I was really busy with my guests and little nephew who slept in my house last night (means less sleep 😉). My kitchen still looks like a war area ⚔️🗡💣 and I'm not motivated to clean it 😶. How are parents handle homework and kids? Mums and dads earn a lot of respect from me 💪🏼. My plan is to create a burger with healthy French fries 🍟 and as well as editing my latest food pictures 🖥📸.
