Nettle, Garlic And Walnut Pesto
That nettle and wild garlic picking from the morning's woods walk It's now gorgeous, cheap pesto for the freezer. More to be whizzed up. Walnuts, evoo, grana padano cheese (cheaper and nicer than parmesan, imo), lemon juice & zest, and pepper & salt. The nettles and wild garlic will be nearly past their best within the next week here in central Scotland, so I'm busy picking when I can.
