ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry,
  • 6-8 slices of deli ham,
  • 8 slices of cheese,
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worchester Sauce,
  • as needed everything bagel seasoning,
  • as needed fresh parsley, minced
  • as needed flour,

Method

  • Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Step 2

Sprinkle a clean surface lightly with flour. Place the puff pastry sheet on the floured surface and roll it out slightly to smooth any creases.

  • Step 3

Lay the slices of ham evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges. Then, arrange the cheese slices evenly over the ham.

  • Step 4

Starting from one end, tightly roll the puff pastry sheet into a log shape. Once rolled, gently press the seam to seal it.

  • Step 5

Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

  • Step 6

Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for expansion.

  • Step 7

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and Worcestershire sauce. Brush this mixture over the tops of the pinwheels.

  • Step 8

Generously sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the pinwheels.

  • Step 9

Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and puffed up.

  • Step 10

Once baked, remove the pinwheels from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with minced fresh parsley before serving.
