Dark Chocolate And Blackberry Macaroons
The last time I tried to make macaroons they all attached together in the oven. It was actually frightening. If you followed along on snapchat yesterday, it was touch and go with these but ultimately they were a big success. I used a combo of 3 recipes from my favourite ladies @marthastewart @smittenkitchen & @mrevzen and then added my own signature ingredient - blackberries for a nice twist to balance the sweet with a little tart, then drizzled them with @ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate for the "boom" factor.
