ingredients

  • 4 whole diced ripe mangos
  • 2 whole minced jalapeno
  • 1 cup minced cilantro
  • 2 whole juice of limes
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop up the ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Place into a bowl and stir.

  • Step 3

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or top tacos, chicken or fish.
