ingredients

  • 10 ounce bag frozen peaches
  • 1 whole sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cup milk, regular or plant based

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the peaches, banana, greek yogurt, honey and milk into the blender.

  • Step 2

    Blend on high for a minute until ingredients are completely combined. Open lid and push ingredients off the sides of blender. Pulse a few times.

  • Step 3

    Enjoy!
