ingredients
- 10 ounce bag frozen peaches
- 1 whole sliced frozen banana
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cup milk, regular or plant based
Method
Step 1
Add the peaches, banana, greek yogurt, honey and milk into the blender.
Step 2
Blend on high for a minute until ingredients are completely combined. Open lid and push ingredients off the sides of blender. Pulse a few times.
