ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, the smallest you can find
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. If your air fryer requires the time at that point (mine does), set timer to 16 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Into a large bowl, add in the baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper and toss to combine.

  • Step 3

    Once the air fryer is preheated, add in the potatoes. Cook for 16 minutes, shaking the basket half way through cooking.

  • Step 4

    When the timer goes off, check the potatoes with a fork to make sure they are tender. If the fork doesn't go in easy, you probably have larger potatoes than I did, and may need to cook for another few minutes.

  • Step 5

    Enjoy! Optional: Serve with sour cream and chives for dipping.
