1 lb. pre-made pizza dough
4 oz. soft herb vegan cheese
1/2 - 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 cup arugula
1 cup sliced fresh figs
2 tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°F and place baking sheet or pizza stone in oven while oven warms.
Spread pizza dough to edges of baking sheet or pizza stone. Slather with non-dairy soft cheese. Add dried Italian herbs, and shredded vegan cheese.
Bake for 7-10 minutes. After baking, top with arugula and sliced figs. Drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
