ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat yogurt
  • 1 whole peeled and sliced peach (frozen, if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or 1/2 vanilla bean scraped)

Method

  • Step 1

    Place ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a glass and enjoy!
