ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach and watermelon together first (until all leafy chunks are gone)

  • Step 2

    Add strawberries and blackberries and blend again.

  • Step 3

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
