ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup watermelon
  • 3/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach, water and watermelon together until all leafy chunks are gone.

  • Step 2

    Add in strawberries and fresh ginger root. Blend again.

  • Step 3

    Serve in a glass and enjoy the taste of summer.
