ingredients
- 3 whole frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina
Method
Step 1
Blend red layer ingredients (1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries) until smooth. Pour evenly into 2 cups
Step 2
Blend white layer ingredients (1 frozen banana, 1 cup coconut cream) until smooth. Divide evenly on top of red layer in cups
Step 3
Blend blue layer ingredients (1 frozen banana, 1 cup oat milk, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 tsp blue spirulina) until smooth. Divide evenly on top of white layer in cups.
