ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 peeled and chopped carrots
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients and blend again. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
