- 1/2 cup water
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1/2 cup mango (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Blend kale, orange and water until smooth.

Add remaining fruit and blend again.
