  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 orange (peeled)
  • 1/4 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 cup pineapple (frozen)
  • 1/4 lemon (peeled)

Method

    Blend kale, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
