ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberies (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes (sprinkle on top)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach and coconut milk until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
