- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon TOCOS (soluble rice bran powder
- 1 tablespoon lime (juice)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 serving homemade protein powder
Method
