ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Place spinach, oranges and almond milk in blender. Puree until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add banana and blend again.
