ingredients

  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (leaves only)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 peeled and cut into equal-sized pieces cucumber
  • 1/4 inch peeled and diced ginger root
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
  • 1/2 peeled and seeded lemon
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach, celery, parsley and water until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
