ingredients
- 3/4 cup spinach
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (leaves only)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 peeled and cut into equal-sized pieces cucumber
- 1/4 inch peeled and diced ginger root
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 peeled and seeded lemon
- 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)
Method
Step 1
Blend spinach, celery, parsley and water until smooth.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
