  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend spinach, kale, and water until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining fruit and blend again.
