Kohlrabi Noodle Salad With Pink Grapefruit Dressing

INGREDIENTS

Salad:
Kohlrabi, spiralized
Pink grapefruit segments
Little gem lettuce
Avocado, chopped
Pomegranate arils
Toasted sunflower seeds


Dressing:
Grapefruit juice
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
Maple syrup, to taste


DIRECTIONS
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
