ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/4 cup Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven 400ºF/200ºC.
Step 2
Place the cauliflower florets on a baking pan lined with parchment.
Step 3
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt and roast for 35 minutes. Leave to cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor. Add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, habanero hot sauce, and extra virgin olive oil.
Step 5
Pulse all the ingredients until everything is well combined.
Step 6
Add 2-3 tablespoons of water if the mixture is too thick.
Step 7
Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and Habanero Hot Sauce alongside Dip Chip.
