ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Siete Jalapeno Hot Sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Method

  • Step 1

    In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and pulse until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Reserve ½ cup of marinade.

  • Step 3

    In a bowl, combine shrimp with the remaining marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours

  • Step 4

    Preheat a grill on high.

  • Step 5

    Skewer shrimp and cook for 3-4 mins on each side.

  • Step 6

    Drizzle remaining jalapeño marinade over grilled shrimp.
