ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
- celery
- ranch dressing, to serve
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF/190°C.
Step 2
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towel and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Brush 1 teaspoon of Siete Habanero Hot Sauce on each wing and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and baste each wing with more hot sauce, making sure that wings are basted on all sides.
Step 6
Return to the oven and repeat after 10 mins and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
