ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 package Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
  • 2 15 ounce cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.⁠

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, combine oil and taco seasoning. Then, add drained chickpeas.

  • Step 3

    Place the seasoned chickpeas in a sheet tray lined with parchment and bake for 20 minutes or until crisp. Toss chickpeas halfway through baking to avoid burning.

  • Step 4

    Once out of the oven, squeeze ½ lime over chickpeas and allow to cool.

  • Step 5

    Serve on top of salads or in a bowl for snacking.
