ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 package Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
  • 1 package Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Jar Siete Mild Queso

  • dairy free sour cream
  • • Siete Traditional Hot Sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and shrimp.

  • Step 2

    Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes until they turn light pink.

  • Step 3

    Add Siete Mild Taco Seasoning and ⅓ cup of water. Add cilantro and take off heat.

  • Step 4

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 5

    Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of Siete Mild Queso over a tortilla.

  • Step 6

    Top with shrimp (5-6 per tortilla) and place another tortilla on top.

  • Step 7

    Sear both sides of quesadilla on preheated skillet and cut into fours.

  • Step 8

    Serve with dairy free sour cream & Siete Traditional Hot Sauce.
