ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Siete Jalapeno Hot Sauce
- 2 avocados
- 2 limes
- sea salt
- 10 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- sliced scallions, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Cut salmon into 1-inch pieces. Season all sides of fish (will not need the entire seasoning packet.)
Step 3
Add oil to the skillet and add seasoned pieces of fish (do not crowd the pan).
Step 4
Sear each piece for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine avocado, 4 tablespoons of hot sauce, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 lime juiced. Combine well.
Step 6
On each romaine leaf, add cucumber, tomato, seared fish pieces, and jalapeño avocado spread.
Step 7
Garnish with scallions and a squeeze of fresh lime.
