ingredients

  • Avocado Spray
  • 3 cups shredded Turkey
  • 1 Jar Siete Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso (10.8 oz)
  • 1 Jar Siete Green Enchilada Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 bag Siete Dip Chip
  • Chopped Cilantro or Scallions, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with avocado oil.

  • Step 2

    Add the shredded turkey and cook until warm through.

  • Step 3

    Add the enchilada sauce and queso. Mix thoroughly and cook until warm.

  • Step 4

    Transfer to a serving bowl or baking dish and garnish with fresh cilantro and scallions.

  • Step 5

    Serve with Siete Dip Chips.
