ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package Well Carved™ Organic Turkey Burgers
  • 1 cup Siete Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 bag Siete Sea Salt Grain Free Tortilla Chips
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • • Sir Kensington's Mexican-Inspired Chile Lime Crema Everything Sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oven to 375°F/190°C.

  • Step 2

    Heat the oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 3

    Add the turkey burgers, breaking the meat up with a wooden spoon until cooked.

  • Step 4

    Add enchilada sauce and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened and reduced.

  • Step 5

    Arrange half of the chips on a large rimmed baking sheet.

  • Step 6

    Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers.

  • Step 7

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 8

    Top nachos with tomato, avocado, onion and cilantro.

  • Step 9

    Drizzle with Crema.
