ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 package Well Carved™ Organic Grass-Fed Beef Burgers
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 can pinto, kidney, or black beans
  • 3 cups water

  • • Sir Kensington's Mexican-Inspired Chile Lime Crema Everything Sauce
  • Siete Traditional Hot Sauce
  • chopped scallions
  • chopped cilantro

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally until softened (8 to 10 minutes).

  • Step 3

    Add the beef burgers, breaking the meat up with a wooden spoon until cooked.

  • Step 4

    Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, beans and water.

  • Step 5

    Simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally (about 25 to 30 minutes).

  • Step 6

    Serve chili with cheese, crema, hot sauce, scallions and cilantro.
