ingredients

  • 3 Siete Grain Free Cassava Flour Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat each tortilla in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-10 seconds until pliable.

  • Step 2

    Add 1-2 tbsp of almond butter, chocolate chips, and about 5-6 banana slices to the center of each tortilla.

  • Step 3

    Close the tortilla by folding over the edges, working all the way around creating about 7-8 sides. ⁠

  • Step 4

    Add coconut oil to a skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 5

    Sear each folded tortilla wrap on both sides until golden brown.

  • Step 6

    Gently dust with powdered sugar to garnish and enjoy!
