ingredients

  • 4 Siete Grain Free Almond Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup dairy free cream cheese
  • 1/2 pound smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • lemon wedges, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. ⁠

  • Step 2

    Line a baking sheet with parchment and bake each tortilla for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

  • Step 3

    Once cool, top with cream cheese, sliced smoked salmon (about 4-5 thin slices), capers, and red onion.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with lemon wedges.
