ingredients

  • 1 package Siete Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas
  • 1 brie wheel, cut into small pieces
  • jalapeño jelly
  • avocado oil
  • walnuts and pepitas, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for 3-5 seconds on each side just until pliable.

  • Step 2

    Spray a cupcake or muffin tray with avocado oil. Cut the tortilla in half and place inside the tray molds to form a small tart.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Place a few pieces of brie inside the cup, filling to about ½ of each tart. Top with jalapeño jelly and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • Step 5

    Garnish with chopped walnuts and toasted pepitas.
