White Bean Hummus
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp Siete Habanero Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste

- toasted sesame seeds
- chopped parsley
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
Step 2
Combine ingredients for white bean hummus in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning.
Step 4
Place carrots on a pan lined with parchment and drizzle with the honey sauce, making sure each carrot is coated.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes until carrots are tender.
Step 6
Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley and serve with white bean hummus.
