ingredients

  • 2 nopales (cacti pads)
  • avocado oil
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/4 lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • sea salt, to taste
  • Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Chips, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Lightly oil and season both sides of the nopal.

  • Step 2

    Grill over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes per side.

  • Step 3

    Allow to cool, chop, and mix with the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 4

    Serve with Grain Free Sea Salt Chips.
