ingredients

  • 1 bag Siete Sea Salt Grain Free Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup Siete Mild Nacho Cashew Queso
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC.

  • Step 2

    Spread a layer of chips on a baking sheet

  • Step 3

    Layer with the shredded turkey and place in the oven to warm for about 5-8 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Heat queso in a sauce pan over low heat, while stirring, for about 5-10 minutes until warm.

  • Step 5

    Top the nachos with the warmed queso, pickled jalapeños and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce
