- 2 • Siete Grain Free Cassava Flour Burrito Size Tortillas
- 8 slices Pepperoni
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 4 leaves Fresh Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch of Sea Salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°.
Step 2
Mix tomato sauce, oregano, pinch of sea salt, and olive oil into a bowl, and set aside.
Step 3
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 4
Add cheese to the first, single tortilla.
Step 5
Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated layer.
Step 6
Spread the tomato sauce mixture on top of the tortilla stack and add the basil leaves.
Step 7
Top with more cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 25-30 mins or until the cheese is golden brown.
